Buhari and Tinubu attend Jumaat prayers in Aso Rock
The President-elect, Bola Tinubu on Friday joined President Muhammadu Buhari to perform the Friday Jumaat prayer.
The Aso Rock Mosque in Abuja’s Presidential Villa served as the location for the prayer.
Malam Abubakar Sulaiman, the Chief Imam of the Mosque, presided over the prayer service.
Muslim faithful in attendance includes the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, Majority Leader of the House of Representatives, Alhassan Doguwa and National Security Adviser, retired Maj-Gen. Babagana Monguno.
Others are the Attorney-General and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, some heads of para-military organisations and other Muslim faithful.
