In Ede town, Osun State, the residence of late Yoruba actor Chief Adedeji Akinremi, also known as Olofa Ina, was visited by grieving friends, supporters, and coworkers to pay their last respects.
Olofaina died at his private residence in Ede on Thursday afternoon at about 2pm after suffering from unknown ailment, which led to his hospitalisation at the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital in Ile-Ife, Osun State.
According to the family, the departed actor has been laid to rest in his native Ede town at 4 pm today.
Videos making the rounds captured moments of Islamic clerics conducting his burial in accordance with Muslim rites mere hours after his passing.
