World football superstar, Cristiano Ronaldo has been awarded a Guinness World Record for being the first male player to make 200 appearances in international football.
The five-time Ballon d’Or winner achieved this feat in Portugal’s 1-0 victory over Iceland, where he scored the winning goal in the last minute of the 90.

Currently playing for Saudi League side, Al Nassr, The 38-year-old forward made his debut for Portugal in August 2003.
He led the national team to its first major tournament victory as they won the Inaugural Nations League title in 2018.
