Davido Prays For Wizkid Over The Death Of His Mother

Afrobeat superstar, David Adeleke popularly known as Davido has consoled his industry colleague, Wizkid over the demise of his mother.

Wizkid’s beloved mother, Mrs Jane Dolapo Balogun, died in the early hours of Friday around 1.30 am at 64 years of age.

The duo have always been considered the biggest music artists in Africa and around the world but have no close relationship both on and off the music scene.

The tragic demise of the “Made in Lagos” crooner came as a rude shock to music fans across the globe with many offering thier condolensces to the singer over his painful loss.

Taking to his Twitter page on Saturday, Davido wrote;

“Praying for you my brother @wizkidayo Sadness flies away on the wings of time”.
