In April 2023, the former US President became the first president to be arrested and charged in a criminal case.

He pleaded not guilty to 34 separate felony counts of falsifying business records brought by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.

Trump is facing 37 criminal counts in a federal arraignment, as well as 34 felony counts in a New York State indictment.

He was charged with conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of and attempt to.

The two indictments that Trump is currently facing are just the beginning of what will “probably be the biggest stress test that the American justice system has faced in the nation’s history,” according to Politico legal editor James Romoser.

He was arrested for the fourth time this year and fingerprinted by authorities at the Fulton County jail.

In the mug shot, Trump stared into the camera to have the photo taken, and was promptly released on payment of 10 percent of his $200,000 bail.

His height and weight were also recorded as part of the booking process, and he was given a prisoner identification number: P01135809.
