Born in 1959 in İzmir, Dr. Ender Saraç has been at the forefront of Ayurvedic research since 1990. Beyond his illustrious career in medicine, he enjoys a beautiful marriage and is a proud father of three.

Dr. Saraç’s journey in Istanbul began with his collaboration with Nukhet Duru at the UNİFORM Health and Aesthetic Centre. However, his vision and dedication led him to establish Turkey’s first natural aesthetic center, known as HAY Health Centre, in 1994. Throughout the years, he tirelessly worked to expand the center and spearheaded its marketing efforts, solidifying his place as a trailblazer in natural aesthetics.

In 2011, Dr. Ender Saraç’s contributions to medical science were recognized with numerous awards from Turkey’s leading TV channels for his health show, “Dr. Ender Saraç ile Sağlıklı Günler” (Healthy Days with Dr. Ender Saraç). The program became a platform for sharing delectable and nutritious recipes, emphasizing anti-aging techniques, wellness practices, and promoting a healthy lifestyle. His TV show earned the prestigious title of “This Year’s Best Health TV Show.”

Beyond his television success, Dr. Saraç is also a prolific author, boasting 14 books. These literary works cover a range of topics, from childhood nutrition to adult feeding and Ramadan-specific dietary guidance.
