The Guinness World of Records has officially released a statement on Nigerian celebrity Chef, Hilda Baci.

Baci became a viral sensation last week when she broke and surpassed the record for the longest cooking hours and set a new one with her 100-hour cook-a-thon showpiece.

Hilda was commended for the great feat achieved by Nigerian celebrities and political dignitaries alike, But no official declaration from Guinness World Records.

However, the body finally recognise her attempt in an official statement on Tuesday, with the assurance that their team is currently reviewing all evidence before declaring her verification officially.
