After losing the Lagos governor’s race in 2023, Nollywood actress Funke Akindele, who ran as the People’s Democratic Party’s deputy candidate, has moved on from politics (PDP).

The mother of two seems to have drawn comparisons to Portable Zazu, a Street Pop musician who she claimed is authentic in his work.

This comes after Funke shared a video of the Apostle performance by Portable on her TV screen in a video that she posted to her Instagram Story.

The actress could be heard in the background saying, “Just be real, that is it, he is real.”
