The masked goon then grabs her from behind, picks her up in the air and slams her into the pavement, according to the video.<\/p>\n
While she lies on the ground helplessly in pain, he stomps on her head and walks away.<\/p>\n
The girl suffered a concussion and was taken by EMS to Harlem Hospital in stable condition, police and sources said.<\/p>\n
