Manchester United Legend, Edwin Van Der Sar is reportedly currently in the intensive care unit (ICU) due to a brain hemorrhage.

The former Netherlands international goalkeeper was reported to have suffered bleeding around his brain whilst on holiday in Croatia.

“On Friday, Edwin van der Sar had bleeding around his brain. He’s currently in hospital in the intensive care unit and is in stable condition.

Once there is more concrete information, an update will follow.

The Federation International Football Association (FIFA) has also issued a statement, wishing the legendary shot-stopper a speedy recovery.
