Nigerian footballer found dead inside his car in Italy

A 39-year-old Nigerian footballer and former Torino striker, Akeem Omolade, is de@d.

He was found de@d in his car on Monday, June 13, in the Ballaro district of Palermo, Italy, TheSun reports.

According to reports, initial examination showed no obvious external injuries but Omolade’s family said the Kaduna-born player had complained of leg pains days before.

Torino confirmed his demise in a statement made available to newsmen.
