Overturning of a gas tanker truck leaves 8 dead
Among the victims of the truck accident in Venezuela there are three minors, and at least two injured people were reported.

A crash between a tanker truck transporting liquefied petroleum gas and at least two other vehicles left eight dead in a rural area of Venezuela , authorities reported this Friday.
“The accident left a regrettable balance of 8 people dead at the scene, including 3 children, and two people injured,” said General Carlos Pérez Ampueda , vice minister for Risk Management and Civil Protection, on the social network X.

Rescue teams were working to remove the vehicle, which was overturned on the side of the road, and address the fuel spill , the official added.
The multiple collision was recorded in Vueltas Las Piedras, in the San Juan de Los Morros municipality , in the Guárico state (center), about 150 kilometers from the capital Caracas.
Local press reports indicate that the tanker initially collided with a motorcycle and later overturned, crushing another car where most of the victims were traveling.
