The abductors’ success in transporting the people did not come as the vehicle they were in was not equipped with a disabled guard.

Well, when the company authorities contacted the Ogun state police in Mowe, a police officer hit the bush after the fourth day and they were looking for the kidnappers.

Where they were looking for the kidnappers, the gun went astray and the police returned it to them.

As the gunshots rang out, two of the gunmen escaped, and the police arrested the kidnappers.
