To recruit the Nigerian in the summer, Real Madrid will need to meet Samuel Chukwueze’s €80 million release clause.

The winger is reportedly a subject of interest to the European champions.

According to transfer expert, Ekrem Konur, the pacy winger has €80m clause inserted in his contract by Villarreal which must be triggered by any potential suitor.

The 23-year-old scored two breathtaking goals in Villarreal’s 3-2 defeat of Real Madrid last week.

Chukwueze has also been linked with Premier League club, Aston Villa.

He has a year left on his contract at the Estadio de la Ceramica.
