Damini Ogulu, better known by his stage name Burna Boy, a Nigerian singer, has responded to a Google report saying that he had a $22 million net worth.

In a recent interview with Apple Music, the host mentioned how a fast Google search revealed his $22 million net worth. Additionally, he questioned the veracity of the data.

Upon hearing the value, Burna Boy burst into laughter for a few seconds before regaining his composure.

He eventually stated that it is better for people to believe he is worth that amount, but he indicated that the reported amount is significantly off the mark.

However, he didn’t specify whether the reported amount was too high or too low.

It’s worth nothing that the Grammy award-winning Afrobeats sensation once claimed that he made $100 million in a year.
