“Yoruba Superstar Wey Dey Jump Fence”: Speed Darlington Mocks Portable After Arrest (video)

Controversial Speed Darlington, a Nigerian artist, has turned to social media to trash his fellow musician Portable after his recent imprisonment.

Portable, known for his hit song “Zazoo Zeh” has been a hot topic online after the Lagos State Police Command apprehended him for failing to pay a debt he owed for purchasing a G-Wagon from a car dealer in the state.

Reports indicate that Portable only paid N13 million out of the N27 million price tag for the vehicle and has neglected to settle the remaining N14 million balance.

In a viral video, Portable is seen attempting to evade arrest by jumping over a gate when the police arrive at his location. However, the officers swiftly apprehend him and place him in their vehicle.

Taking to social media, Speed Darlington joined the chorus of Nigerians mocking Portable for his predicament. In a video shared online, Speed Darlington can be seen playfully slapping the backside of a woman, contrasting himself with Portable’s situation.

He emphasized that he prefers to deal with his financial matters straightforwardly, unlike Portable, whom he described as a Yoruba superstar unable to fulfill his car payment obligations.
