Agostina Mas is a young woman from Tucumán who publicly denounced being a victim of the digital sex trafficking network known as “Argentina Casting.” Her testimony revealed how she was lured through Instagram with the promise of payment in dollars and the guarantee that the material would not be distributed in Argentina, something that turned out to be false .
Agostina testified that she agreed to participate in the recording of an intimate video in 2022, when she was 21 years old, due to a personal debt and the pressure she was under at the time. According to her account, the accused offered her $200 for a single video, made her sign a contract written in English, and did not allow her to keep a copy.
