Eusebius Mckaiser 702 dead and obituary, South African political analyst, journalist died
passed away. McCaesar is 44 years old.
Witness News has reliably learned
that he died at his home on Tuesday
afternoon.
Mckaiser showed Talk at Nine at the
station before securing the 702’s
spot for the day.
Eusebius Mckaiser was born in
Grahamstown, Eastern Cape, to his
working-class family in a small town
of color. He attended St Mary’s
Primary School and Graham
College, where he entered in 1996.
From 1997 he studied at the
University of Lodz, where he
obtained a BA (Honours) in Law and
Philosophy, and in 2003 he received
an honors degree and a MA.
Graduated in philosophy with a
published dissertation on moral
objectivity. He studied at Oxford
University on a Rhodes Scholarship
between 2005 and 2006, earning a
PhD in Moral Philosophy under
Ralph Wedgwood and John Bloom,
but never completing it. He is also a
member of the Oppenheimer
Memorial Foundation.
He later worked as an associate
consultant at McKinsey & Company
and, in 2012, as a political and
social analyst at the Wits Center for
Ethics and the Center for the Study
of Democracy at the University of
Johannesburg. His first radio show
on Radio 702 was a late-night
weekly talk show caled “Politics
and Morality” which aired in late
2010. [4] By 2011 he was hosting
the SABC 3 current affairs show
Interface, and later hosted weekday
702’s Talk@9.
